Application Deadlines
Alabama Waldorf School accepts students throughout the school year.
If you apply by July 7, 2023 and are accepted, your child may start school on the first day of school, August 16, 2023. If you apply and are accepted after the July 7 deadline, the earliest possible start date is September 5, 2022. We have a rolling admissions policy for the remainder of the year.
If you have questions, email enrollment@alabamawaldorf.org.
Financial Aid
Alabama Waldorf School offers confidential financial aid in order to help families afford a Waldorf Education when they would not otherwise be able to. Approximately 50% of Alabama Waldorf School families apply by way of the online application.
Prospective families must first apply to an AWS program before applying for financial aid. Financial aid is only available to parents of 5-day core-program students.
For questions about financial aid, contact Finance Manager Terri Reece

Acceptance to AWS is contingent on a consensus vote by the program's Faculty Team. Upon acceptance, the Enrollment Director will contact the family, and the following will be sent via email:
1. Enrollment Forms. If your child is accepted, you will be asked to complete online registration and payment of a non-refundable Registration Fee of $170.

Students may not begin classes until the entire financial aid process is complete and the final tuition amount is determined.
