Vendor Information

• Vendors must supply their own tables that can fit in a 10 x 10 space

• AWS will provide one folding chair for each booth.

• Vendors must provide their own displays 

• Please note that the vendor area is a concrete parking lot. Tents must be weighted down, not staked. Vendors must provide tent weights. The rental tents do not come with sides.

• All items to be sold will be specifically approved by the AWS Vendor Coordinator on the morning of Holiday Faire 2022. Any items not previously approved for vending may be disallowed.

• You will be asked to donate one of your wares to a raffle basket to be auctioned off at Holiday Faire, the proceeds of which will benefit Alabama Waldorf School. You may elect not to participate in this raffle.​

• We will be outdoors in light rain or shine; in case of inclement weather, we will move vendor booths inside.

 

UNLOADING & SET-UP: Friday, December 2, 2 - 5:30 pm

There is no security provided overnight for the vendor area, and AWS is not liable for loss or damage to vendor merchandise or equipment. Tents and tables will be set up on Friday afternoon. For the sake of security, merchandise items may be stored overnight in classrooms (which will be locked) adjacent to the vendor area in clearly marked bins. You may use the fire lane to access the vendor area, but please be advised it is one lane only. Vendor area is also accessible from the main parking lot. If you have a rolling cart, the storage classrooms are accessible via ramp.

MERCHANDISE SET-UP: Saturday, December 3, 8 - 9:30 am

If you need to unload any additional items the morning of Holiday Faire, please do so by 9:30 am, and then move your vehicle to the vendor parking area.

 

PARKING: During event hours (10 am - 3 pm)

All vendors must park up in the Arc parking lot, behind the school (entrance is on Crestwood Blvd; take a right out of AWS and it's the next right). There is a short walkway from that parking lot down to our school grounds.
