Reenrollment Information

TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR:

Look for email from TADS, which will be sent the week of January 30. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it, and contact enrollment@alabamawaldorf.org if you do not receive it.

Login to your TADS account and follow instructions to reenroll each child for the upcoming school year.

** Even if you signed up for AutoMagic Reenrollment, you must still register your child online through TADS by March 1. Every student must complete registration annually. **

The registration fee will be charged to your TADS bill this school year, at the time of registration. If you signed an AutoMagic Reenrollment form for the 2023-2024 school year (in the Fall of 2022), you will receive the half-off discount registration fee of $85 per student. Students who did not sign up for AutoMagic Reenrollment will be billed the regular $170 registration fee.
DEADLINE FOR PRIORITY REENROLLMENT: MARCH 1, 2023
Please note: we have wait lists in several classes, and many of our classes are at full capacity. If you do not register your child by March 1, you risk losing your child's spot in the class.
Financial Aid
Deadline for Financial Aid Application: April 15, 2023.
** This must be renewed every year by filling out a new application. To fill out an application, log into your TADS account under "Financial Aid Assessment." **
Students will receive priority enrollment in the following order:

Currently enrolled students who filled out the AutoMagic Reenrollment form last fall for school year 2023-24.

Emergency Medical Information Update - When you log into your TADS account to register your child, please make sure contact information and allergy information is correct. ** Be sure to list someone other than a parent or guardian as an emergency contact for your child! ** We will always contact the parent or guardian first; the emergency contact is in case we cannot reach you.
2023-2024 Extended Care Contract - if your child needs Early Morning, Early or Afternoon Extended Care next year, please fill out contract here. (You can always change this later, but filling it out early helps us plan for staffing.)
