First Grade
Children come to first grade full of curiosity. Their teachers foster the skills necessary to learn, work, and play in an atmosphere of warmth and reverence.

English and Grammar: Capital letters, reading from their writing, phonics, short plays, and choral recitations
Literature: Rhythmic poems and fairy tales

Geography: Nature through observation
